Rally Germany 2005 - Overview
Rallye Deutschland is a round of the World Rally Championship, based in Trier in the Mosel valley. The Rally has Trier as a headquarters and overnight parc ferme but is really based around the service area at Bostalsee (a small lake off the A62 approximately 50 kilometres from Trier).

The climate of the region is extremely changeable (we had heavy rain on the first day and hot dry weather on the subsequent days. The rally has three different legs but is a mainly tarmac event.
