Rally Finland 2008 - Overview
The rally is based in Jyvaskyla a city in the south of Finland a very clean well ordered City. The event has a spectator stage just outside the town at a stadium used for horse racing that has been modified for the event. The rest of the rally takes place on the forest roads in the surrounding countryside. The event is known for its fast flowing stages which are driven at very high speeds in rallying terms. Rocks dragged on to the road by proceeding cars are a hazard which sometime result in spectacular accidents. Spectators need to beware of where they stand to remain safe.![]() | ![]() | ![]() |
